Aikido

Aikido is a wonderful martial art for children and teens. It is a non-violent, non-competitive martial art which focuses on harmonious body movement and balance control rather than destructive striking techniques for self-defence. It is a form of self-defence based on the study of “connection”. Children learn respect for themselves and their classmates, self-discipline, and confidence.

Art

What if you could explore the world of art while creating your own masterpieces? In our Art Club, children will discover key moments in art history while experimenting with a variety of artistic techniques and materials. The sessions are designed to develop creativity, fine motor skills, and artistic confidence in a fun and supportive environment. It’s a perfect blend of storytelling, hands-on creation, and self-expression. Ancsi and Lili, the teachers of miniakademia are waiting for you to create and learn!

Cooking & baking

Do you like cooking and baking? No, we should start like this: do you love snacks and sweets? This enrichment is a playground to experiment with food, ingredients and flavours. Bara will get together exciting and colourful themes for each week, with time and space for you to see through the cooking process and choose your part in it. Then play. Then eat. And just enjoy. :)

Football

Football is a dynamic and engaging team sport that helps children develop their technical skills, coordination, confidence, and ability to work with others. Through age-appropriate games and exercises, children learn essential football skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving, turning, and finishing, while also developing their decision-making and game awareness. The sessions focus on learning through play, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and positive interaction with teammates. Our aim is to create an enjoyable and supportive environment where every child can develop their football skills at their own pace while building a lifelong love for the game.

History is stranger than fiction. Revolutions, mysteries, scandals, inventions and some spectacularly bad decisions - history is full of stories you couldn't make up. In HistoryMakers, you choose the stories that fascinate you, find out what really happened, ask questions, challenge assumptions and work out who gets to decide whose story is remembered. Then bring it to life. Make a short film. Record a podcast. Recreate an interview. Stage a debate. Tell the story from an unexpected point of view. Or come up with something completely different. Come and find a story worth making.

Martial arts

Learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing, the foundations for modern Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) with Mr. B. Through learning realistic self-defense, your child will develop their focus, self-confidence, and respect from a martial arts professional with decades of experience teaching, running, and developing multiple martial arts academies.

Music in motion

Music in Motion is about discovering music through voice, body, and imagination. We sing, play musical games, move freely, and draw — letting children respond to sound in whatever way feels natural to them. Singing sits at the heart of it all: we'll be learning lots of new songs, building a growing repertoire while giving every child an easy, built-in way to invent, respond, and express what they hear. Listening becomes a starting point for creativity too: a piece of music might set off a movement, a drawing, a burst of colour, with the sound itself shaping what comes out. There's real joy in this kind of exploration, and it helps children grow more musically sensitive and more confident in creating.

Pottery Barn

How amazing is it to be able to create any ceramic object that you wish? Tégla Studio will help the children throughout the process: create, clean, paint, fire and glaze. Just wait until they bring their ceramic masterpiece home! The children will work exclusively with white clay. They also don’t need to bring anything as the studio has all the necessary tools.

Private guitar lesson (FULL)

Learning and mastering the art of playing the guitar can be beneficial for your child in plenty of ways: it can teach self-discipline, enhance confidence and creativity, and boost overall brain development. Apart from the element of fun, children can learn different styles of playing the guitar, along with different music genres and song combinations.

Private piano lesson

Does your child enjoy music? Does your child enjoy learning in a fun way? Does your child love singing? If the answer is yes to all or one of the questions, piano lessons are for them. During these sessions, your child will learn about music, about how to read and write music, how to play the piano, different styles, and singing together with the piano. Learning music improves fine motoric skills, social skills, and self-confidence, as well as critical thinking.

Rhythmic gymnastics

This programme offers an enchanting blend of movement and discovery aimed at enhancing creativity and coordination skills in a vibrant atmosphere. Through dynamic pedagogical activities, children will immerse themselves in the artistry of rhythmic gymnastics, cultivating self-awareness, physical dexterity, and cognitive abilities. Robotics

Students design, build and program their own LEGO SPIKE Prime robots, exploring sensors, automation and real-world challenges through hands-on projects. They may create intelligent robots such as sensor-based machines or a robotic recycling sorter, learning how technology can be used to address environmental challenges. The course develops computational thinking, creativity and engineering skills while encouraging students to imagine more sustainable solutions for the future.

Running and biking

Suitable for children who are capable of running and cycling continuously for 40 minutes and can safely ride a bike without stabilisers. What better way to start the day than to run or bike around Óbudai Island, right next to our school? The huge green area along the Danube will definitely give you energy for the whole day. You can choose between the short and the long trail - 6 or 10 km. We will make sure to be back before school starts.

Spanish (beginner)

Come and join me in the captivating world of the Spanish language and Spanish-speaking cultures. With millions of speakers across three continents, Spanish is not just a language; it is the official tongue of 21 countries, each with its unique story to tell. Our goal is to establish a solid foundation in Spanish as a foreign language through playful discovery of its rich cultural heritage. ¡Nos vemos pronto!

SpeedZone

SpeedZone teaches speed and power in human movement. How fast can you run? How high can you jump? How far can you throw? If you want to run faster and learn proper techniques, then SpeedZone will teach you the fundamentals of super fast. We are game-based and age-appropriate, with activities that embed fun into training. If nobody every taught you how to run, it's time to learn. This activity will only starts in the week of 14 September 2026.
